Every vehicle on our forecourts is subjected to a rigorous Multi-Point Check by highly trained Vauxhall technicians, before it is allowed to carry the Network Q badge.

Testing everything from engine performance to paintwork, this service is synonymous with used car quality and integrity, allowing our customers to drive off with all the confidence and reassurance youd get from buying new.

• Final preparation of your vehicle

Your car is comprehensively covered for mechanical and electrical parts plus labour during this period. Provided by your retailer and backed by the might of Vauxhall - not a third party - you can look forward to miles and miles of carefree motoring.

12 months cover on brakes, battery & clutch

Unique to Network Q, this 12 month / 20,000 mile cover* not only protects you against component failure but, importantly, from the wear and tear of everyday driving. If the battery fails or the friction material on the brakes or clutch requires replacing, we will repair your vehicle under the terms of the Network Q Guarantee. Constant stopping and starting can cause major stresses, so its good to know youre protected whatever the problem.

Its cover most other used car warranties avoid offering and its not something you would even receive with a new car.

We were the first to introduce this cover as standard on all our vehicles, as we endeavour to protect you from everything the road might throw at you.

30 day exchange

Were confident youll be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. But, for added peace of mind, if your car develops a mechanical or electrical fault (in the first 30 days of ownership) that cannot be repaired to a satisfactory standard, the supplying retailer will exchange it for a Network Q vehicle of equal value.
