Peugeot Assistance

All new Peugeots come with Peugeot Assistance, our breakdown assistance service.

Provided by the AA, Peugeot Assistance is available every minute of the day and night; 365 days of the year, for you and anyone else driving your Peugeot with your permission. Its free for the first year (36 months for 607) and includes European cover, homestart, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery and a free replacement car or hotel accommodation if required.

Peugeot Assistance can be extended for a further 12 or 36 months, or to protect you against non-vehicle warranty fault incidents, at specially discounted rates for Peugeot owners by calling:

Please note that Peugeot Assistance provides assistance in relation to vehicle warranty based faults on your Peugeot. For a small extra fee, you can even extend it to cover for non-vehicle warranty faults such as:

• The use of incorrect fuel, or lack of fuel
• Wheel changes, punctured tyres
• Instances where keys have been locked inside the vehicle, lost or stolen
• Road traffic accidents

Warranty

Every Peugeot we sell comes with 3 comprehensive warranties - a 3 year Mechanical Warranty, a 3 year Paint Warranty, and a 12-year Anti-Corrosion Warranty (not on commercial vehicles).

Your new Peugeot is guaranteed for two years from the date of first registration, with no limitation on mileage. In addition to this, theres an additional 1 year of Warranty (up to 60,000 miles or 100,000 miles on Boxer) provided by the UK dealer network. If you change your car, subsequent owners also benefit from the remaining warranty, provided that the conditions have been followed by each of the owners. Whats covered?

Peugeot will rectify, free of charge, any defects, subject to the warranty conditions (found in your vehicle handbook). For instance, you must adhere to the recommended service schedule, and in particular, make sure that the 1st Service* is carried out by a member of the Peugeot Authorised Repairer network. Dont forget, a full Peugeot service history is a great way to maximise the value of your Peugeot.

* This 1st Service is carried out free of charge on presentation of the 1st Service Voucher, included in the Peugeot Warranty and Maintenance Record booklet. Detailed warranty conditions are listed in your Maintenance Record booklet.

Anti-Corrosion Warranty

The Peugeot anti-corrosion warranty lasts for 12 years for all passenger cars, inc. Partner Combi and Expert Combi (6 years for commercial vehicles: Partner, Expert, Boxer and 206 vans.) Full details are in your owners handbook.
